Terms and Conditions
Full payment is required to reserve a place in a class.
All courses are subject to minimum registration numbers. Niche IT reserves the right to cancel any class at least 10 business days before its scheduled start date. Niche IT will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the participant if a cancellation occurs.
Participants may cancel or transfer to other classes. At least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date is required for a full refund or transfer. If less than 10 business days notice is given, no refund will be provided. A substitute may be sent if you are unable to attend a course.
